5. Service Availability
While we strive to provide 24/7 service availability, we cannot guarantee that service providers will be available at all times or in all locations. Service availability depends on factors including but not limited to weather conditions, service provider availability, and geographic location.
6. Limitation of Liability

24Hr Concierge acts solely as a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. We are not liable for:
- Quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers
- Actions or omissions of service providers
- Damage to vehicles or property during service provision
- Delays in service delivery
- Loss of data or business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
