• Payment processing facilitation
• Quality assurance and feedback systems

By using our Service, you agree to:

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is handled between customers and service providers. 24Hr Concierge may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for payment disputes between parties.

• Service fees are determined by individual service providers
• Platform fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed
• Refunds are subject to individual service provider policies
• All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 service availability, we cannot guarantee that service providers will be available at all times or in all locations. Service availability depends on factors including but not limited to weather conditions, service provider availability, and geographic location.

6. Limitation of Liability

24Hr Concierge acts solely as a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. We are not liable for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers
• Actions or omissions of service providers
• Damage to vehicles or property during service provision
• Delays in service delivery
• Loss of data or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The 24Hr Concierge platform, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

9. Termination

10. Dispute Resolution

13. Severability
